The breakfast buffet offered a GREAT variety of choices. I found fresh pastries and fruits. I appreciated the free water refills available near the reception. The staff members i interacted with were friendly and provided helpful service.
The hotel's location involved being surrounded by several derelict buildings. I found it a bit unsafe to walk around alone at night. The area felt somewhat isolated.

The staff were helpful and polite. I appreciated that the hotel offers a pool. It was clean and had many loungers. There was a kiosk near the pool. It offered complimentary chips with drinks.
The hotel's location is not ideal. It took around twenty minutes to walk to the nearest metro. I also found breakfast to be underwhelming, the food wasn't very appealing.

The hotel had very spacious parking. The breakfast had a great variety. The staff was friendly!
The air conditioning in the room did not work, because it was before the summer season. The safe was locked when I arrived. Instructions to call the receptionist were inside. It took around 30 minutes for someone to come to the room

i found the staff helpful i appreciated their quick responses to my requests. the hotel provided easy access to public transportation options i used the nearby tram to reach the city center. the on-site restaurant served good meals i especially enjoyed the breakfast selection. free parking on the premises was a definite advantage for me.
the neighborhood surrounding the hotel seemed a bit deserted at night i found it less appealing for evening strolls.

the junior suite featured two separate bathrooms and a spacious living area i appreciated the extra space. the bed was large and comfortable and it ensured restful nights. big mirrors throughout the room made getting ready easy i found it very useful.

the hotel's pool provided a refreshing escape during the hot days i liked it very much. i observed that the gym included three treadmills and two stationary bikes to use i found it quite practical. the hotel bar served a variety of drinks until late.

the breakfast buffet offered many choices i always found something i liked. dinner at the hotel restaurant was satisfactory i enjoyed the convenience of dining on site. the coffee at breakfast was great i really appreciated it.

the hotel is a ten-minute walk from the tram stop it connects to the city center. a bus stop is also about seven minutes away providing access to the metro. the metro line takes you directly to the duomo it is very easy to access.

ilaria at reception helped me greatly with my needs i felt very welcomed. valentina, the bar staff member, was always cheerful and provided great service i noticed her attentiveness. the hotel crew was helpful and friendly i appreciated their support.

The rooms air conditioning, wasn't great at all, and it was rather warm. i had to ask for a fan. also, the breakfast selection was limited. The pastries tasted a bit stale and there wasn't enough variety for a longer stay. maybe they need bigger air con and more fresh croissants.
